Keyboard Malfunctions
For the past couple days, whenever I try to use any of the keyboards on my Droid 2 (touchscreen or physical), they only let me type out a couple words before they malfunction. The physical keyboard seems to freeze the entire screen when it stops working and the only way to fix this problem is to exit out and go to my home screen and then try again. The touchscreen keyboards stall for a second and then disappear instead of staying popped up. Although these things occasionally happen in the middle of a word, they seem to be triggered more often when I press the spacebar. Rebooting my phone doesn't work, force closing apps and then starting over also doesn't work, and at this point I'm not sure what else to do. It is very frustrating and makes typing out a simple message difficult and ridiculously time-consuming. Does anyone know what is causing this or how to fix it? Any ideas and helpful hints would be greatly appreciated!
