Screen goes to dial pad in a minute or so.
Hi all...
For the last few weeks my Motorola Droid phone (2.2.3) screen will go to the dial pad after 2 minutes or less. If I did not save my input the data are lost. I have tried pulling the battery. The Verizon store suggests resetting it but I would lose my data and apps.
Any suggestions? Plan B is to put up with it for a few weeks and get a new Android phone as this one is 23 months old.
