Default Media file organizing Hell!

Plain and simple, I need an itunes copy to streamline music syncing with my OG Droid. The only way I currently can make it look decent is to create folders and drag the corresponding files into them.

The music looks awesome on my phone, but jumbled and untintelligible on the computer. I don't care what people say, doubletwist sucks. I spent hours on that before to no avail. I need something I can drag media files in like iTunes that will organize, polish, and streamline the process the same way that will sync up to my Droid. I don't even need the program on my phone.

What REALLY works? I'm friggin annoyed right now.
