Default Droid trying to thumbnail images which dont exist
Hey

Does anyone know if the Droid has a thumbnail database file stored anywhere? I have been having trouble with the media gallery since I reset my phone after the 2.0.1 update which completely broke the system.

After the reset the media gallery was showing "Please wait" for hours so I decided to remove all media from the SD Card. However now the media gallery appears with 1000 + images with a broken thumbnail image (an exclamation mark).

How can I delete these thumbnails? I have deleted the entire dcim folder and the .thumnail directories underneath but the media gallery is permanently populated with thousands of broken thumbnails?
