Confused No sound for Incoming Calls, However sound works for Notifications

I've noticed all day that my notifications have had full audio, while I have missed every call because they were silent. Ringer volume is full blast, ringtone is set and play when setting it, however when a call comes in...no sound at all. Repeatedly. Is there another setting I missed or a how to correct this?

This might sound like a stupid question, but do you have a ringtone set?

Yes. I have even changed it to make sure it wasn't just that ringtone. They play while trying to set. Phone rings, no sound whatsoever.

You could try messing with it with AudioManager Widget for Android - Multimedia but even there the notification and ringtone volume are tied to one another.

I'm willing to try anything. Don't want to miss calls! I can't see why text notifications work but calls don't. Worked before 2.1 update...hmmm
