Default Random PdaNet thought/question

have any of you ever tried to use a xbox360 using pdanet plugged into the usb port?
I just finally bought the wifi adapter for my xbox so im waiting for it to ship in. I'm just wondering if in the meantime if I was able to use pdanet plugged into the usb port on the xbox if it would work or if it would be too slow to play games online with.
anyone try this before?

i doubt pdanet would work since it requires drivers to run on a PC.
does wireless tether work on the 360? i know it does on the wii. if so you could just use that.
or maybe 3g mobile hotspot???

point is I dont have the wifi adapter for the xbox yet. so that wouldnt work. i'd need something that would plug into the usb on the xbox.
I've never used pdanet before so I didnt know you needed to put drivers onto the computer.
that would blow that option out I assume.
