I installed it. Seems nice so far. It totally replaced my multi-touch keyboard. I no longer see it offered in my settings. I didn't know it would be overwritten. I didn't even have time to say goodbye.
There's no way to have a choice of them both, is there?

Sorry, no choice
I put up a file to restore the MT keyboard though.
Also, those of you with tiny keyboard, you didn't happen to mod your LCD density, did you?

I tried flashing this but got taken to SBF bootloader....should I have deleted some files before flashing?
Nevermind, something wrong with my Rom Manager app.... 2nd time this has happened w/ a different rom. ($hit!) Bootstrap is the ticket.

I had LCD density at 210. Changed it to 240 and it makes no difference. Going to try installing again with LCD at 240 from the start to see if that helps.
edit: No luck. I'm no expert, but should wiping cache help at all?

another question for you with the tiny keyboards, do you have the NexTheme or REVOlution fonts installed?
That, I believe, is the source of the issue.

I'm running Fission right today and I installed this version (and the droid-life version) and they're both super small.
No LCD changes or font changes.

is you have a small keyboard do this
-download the free lcd density app from the market for root users.
-set the density to 300 apply/restart
-set the density to 260 apply/restart
set the density to 240 apply/restart
voila its back to normal

Hey fab 2 things. Wanted to say thanks for putting this in a zip for us and also thanks for putting a back to stock zip up there for those of us that it doesn't work for. I tried it and really like the look its just not functional for mine cause it was the small one. Back to stock for me until the kinks are figured out. Thanks again for putting the back to stock zip up on the op

Yeah this fix worked for me as well.
I tried changing the build props by hand (in root explorer) first and rebooted the phone after each change but that didn't take for me.
Downloaded a free density changer that "soft reboots" (no m logo just straight to boot animation) after each apply and that worked like a champ

I think mine installed with the keyboard size correct, however the keys just seem smaller than the ones that come with the default Apex ROM, is that correct? The keyboard on Apex is IMO the best keyboard I have ever used. So I guess it is just not for me.
