Rule #1: In order for TBH to help you get to 2.3.340 you must already be on 2.3.320 !!!!!

I wonder why we need to SBF if we are already on .320. Usually we get a .zip deodexed with root.

Also, didn't P3 say that Tran 3.51 already has .340? If that is the case, why do we have to sbf?

Either way, I trust P3. He has been good to us so far.

Seriously, how come someone hasn't grabbed the files from their device before committing the update?

FYI for those that didn't get it, the SYSTEM ONLY sbf for .340 is in TBH app right now. AGAIN, its SYSTEM ONLY. means you have to update using their .320 FIRST then use their .340 system only sbf to get to .340
Atleast that's how I understand how it works.

I'll just stick with the .320 and stick with it.

Quick question....

Let's suppose that I nuke my .340 install. Could I use the .320 full SBF if needed? The kernel is supposed to be the same so it SHOULD work... but I don't think I want to be the one to try it first

The 320 and 340 versions have compatible bootloaders/kernels/radios/etc. The only difference is the /system partition.

So if you need to do a full SBF, use the .320 SBF and upgrade it again (if you want) to .340. They're compatible with each other.
