Can't backup GB

I finally got to install the rooted OTA Gingerbread. Now I can't do a nandroid Backup. I have both D2 and DX bootstrap. The phone doesn't create the backup file...

if you use DX bootstrapper, make sure USB debugging is off
I've backed up GB several times already
