Default Restoring to factory after root+rom

I'm running Rubix Focused 2.0.1 on my Droidx...

My question is if I were to sell it and the buyer wanted it to be stock again, would a factory reset do this or do I need to flash it with a stock rom or something?

And secondly, if the buyer wanted it rooted and rom'd how do I clear all my personal stuff off the phone?

Any help is much appreciated guys. Thanks!

ok there are two ways you can do this, one to sbf and then do a factory reset or to flash the maderstcok zip which is easier for you, so
place the file i link on to your sd card
boot into clockwork recovery
wipe data
wipe cache
install zip from sd
choose zip from sd
select maderstcok zip the file we have downloaded previously
let it install and once done reboot
the reboot is optional , when you reboot you will be prompted to sign i again which if you want to sell with a clean slate this is where you would not sign in as it would load any info of yours back to the x upon sign in, or you can always sign in and make sure everything went well with your maderstcok install then power it off and do a factory reset through stock recovery then sell it
here is the file you want:
maderstcok - OTA 2.3.340 update.zip

? Could I do this to come off fission 2.6.1 and be ready for the Gingerbread (current manual update floating around) OR to be ready for an OTA update?

Or is an SBF the only way?

You can generally do this from any. 340 rom to go back to stock but if your wanting to go to gb then don't use this, you will have to sbf, for some reason those that used this to go back to stock to manually apply gb had bootloader errors so like I said if gb is what you want take the sbf route instead

Thanks for the prompt reply GMEN!

What about if I wanted to wipe my personal info, but keep the rom on? Any idea about that?

Boot into recovery ( stock or clockwork ) and do a data wipe/ factory reset and just don't sign back in
