Default Link to download RSDLite 4.9?

I have looked and must be missing something because I cannot seem to find a link to download RSDLite 4.9. Can anyone furnish a link?

I have found several links to threads but cannot find a download link in them.

Thanks for all the help! I downloaded the drivers already and installed them onto this pc, Windows 7 Ultimate x64, but after all I have read, think I am going to grab those 32 bit ones you sent and put them onto my XP 32 bit laptop and do all of this.
