if it is a second init rom, you need to get there from froyo and NOT gingerbread. SBF back to froyo and try again or try a more stable rom. (hint)

I honestly don't remember that happening when I installed it. Anyway to ignore that and try to proceed around it?

1) u had the wrong sbf file... you had "the gift" that's at the top of the list. The one on the bottom of that page is the FULL SBF. You need that.

2) It will work

3) no need to pay anyone here. We live to help. Just stick around here and pay the help your received forward, okay?

When you get the correct file. And you get into Bootloader again. Look for RSDlite to say connected again. Click the box that says "connected". You should see the box to the left display your device info then click Start. Let it finish then follow instructions in That link. Watch for RSDlite to say" Please power phone manually " then unplug, pull battery then finish with instructions. Im done for tonight, 4am start tomorrow. Good luck!

sorry. I'm still at work. I'm a singing teacher and can't be on top of things all the time. You have the wrong rsdlite. You need 4.9 or 4.9.

I'm going to get you the url for it.

edit: try this: http://www.mediafire.com/?ufxs9lft9q2xwnu IT's a zipped file.
