Default Super User Binary Outdated?

Has anyone else gotten the # sign in the notification area saying your binary is outdated and needs updating? Is this legit?

It is/should be legit, I got the # sign in my status bar when I flashed ICX.
Took a couple tries but it did update SU.

Was wondering about that. Never seen Superuser update before and quite frankly didn't know it could.

I just got the same message tonight. i have recently SBF'd back to Froyo, so wasn't sure what was going on. I let it update and it says I am now on SU version 3.0.3. If that is not OK someone post please.
