Default VORTEX ROM USER: Please help!

Hi, I by accident deleted a bloatware app that causes the contacts app to force close when trying to add a contact as well as other operations.

Does anyone know what specific app this is? And also, could someone post the necessary apps that I need to repost back into system-->app to get the contacts working again?

Thanks in advance!

Why don't you flash your rom again? You don't need to wipe data if you install the same rom.

Next time, just freeze your app with Titanium Backup Pro or rename the file by adding .bak to the end of the file name.

What happens if I flash the ROM again? I have been rooting forever but have never done this. Will it clear anything like my ADW setup or apps or anything? Or will it simply just replace what I have deleted?

Nothing bad happens. People that install nightly builds of roms like CM7 do this all the time.

Download your rom or grab your local copy and unzip it. You'll find the files there, but reflashing is a lot easier.

the vortex rom itself has blur into it, i dont think you can add or remove any, with liberty and apex you are able to, not so sure about vortex though
