Tongue droid x root question

i just recently rooted my droid x, and i am unable to delete/remove any pre-installed apps. help me out!

the best way to do that is download Titanium Backup Pro and freeze any apps you don't want running.

If I remember correctly, you can only freeze apps with the pro version of TiBu. Nontheless I would, and have, buy the pro (paid) version because it is worth every penny.

Default sending phone back to verizon

hi every body noob here my little brother rooted my phone my ear phone went out so sending it back to verizon.he use petes oneclick root so i unrooted it but when my phone boots up it go to clockwork recovry how do i get rid of it need help please

he must have installed cwr through rom manager or something, i dont remember how to get the stock recovery back either i do know sbf will take care of it, but im sure there is an easier way of doing it but i cannot think of it right now
