Default DX Liberty 3 v.2 - No more lockscreen?

Hi guys,

I installed Liberty 3 v.2 on my DX last weekend and I've been loving it over the blur rom so far, but randomly my lockscreen disappeared! Every time I hit a button it shows for less than a second and then automatically unlocks. I have tried playing with all the settings, timeouts, etc. and nothing helps. The ONLY two ways that allow me to have the lockscreen is if I put in a pin code or use Widget Locker.... but I find WL just slightly slower than the default so I was hoping to not use that...

Does anybody have any ideas other than doing a complete wipe?? I really don't want to start over again!

Thanks,
Kyle

Was widget locker installed before or after installing liberty?

I was able to replicate the lockscreen glitch last night. I was getting ready to go to sleep, and I decided to check out the power options. I noticed sleep mode, which is a new thing to me, so I plugged my phone in and selected sleep mode. The phone froze, and I started hitting buttons trying to unstick it. When that didn't work, I unplugged the charger to do a battery pull. As soon as I unplugged it, the screen turned off. I woke it up again and there was no lockscreen.

I was going to try to replicate it, get logcats, etc, but I feel terrible today, so maybe later.

Holy snap! This is exactly my problem. I think that I may have done exactly what the OP did and now I am stuck with this same issue!

To the OP: Are you running a launcher? GoLauncher to be specific

EDIT:

I have fixed the issue by wiping DATA/Cache/Dalvik/Batt Stats/ REinstall the rom from scratch. No SBF required. Make sure you do a good backup of apps/launcher settings/OC settings and then do the wipe. That is the ONLY way to fix it.
