Cool Droid X flashed from Verizon to Metro PCS

I got my Droid X flashed from Verizon to Metro PCS at a Metro PCS store. They flashed their network over Verizon's program. So now I have a lot of Verizon's apps running and using up the memory. Is there a way to remove the Verizon's app's? Those apps do not have an uninstall to it. Any help would be appreciated.

Default

in order to do this you need to obtain root.
and then you need to look at the list of safe, and non safe removeable apps through titanium backup

that is the only way to uninstall them and stay on the stock rom
