Default Return Droid X to Stock

I'd like to return my X back to stock, I'll be getting rid of it in a month or two. I am currently on Android 2.3.3 System 4.5.605.MB810 and I am using Liberty. I see there is a warning about SBFing to 621 if I didn't take the OTA update. But since I intend on leaving it stock until I get rid of it does it matter if I just SBF to 621 or should I go to 605 and take the OTA? Also what is the OTA going to do? Will it upgrade it to 621? As a side note, I will be most likely be moving away from Verizon and probably to a pay as you go service. What would be a good new phone to get?

Thanks,
John

Default

you can currently use any DX sbf you want, once on 621 that is your only option
warning is just making you aware, that is is harder to root 621
621 can be rooted with magic md5 now, but not as easy as motorola one click for 2.3.3
no reason to install ota, just use sbf version you want to sell phone with

samsung s3 is widely praised

I have verified it works with these Motorola devices running android 2.3.4
Droid 2 (a955), Droid 2 Global (a956), R2D2 (a957), & Droid X (MB810)
