Long Answer? You NEED to have a google checkout account. Not that big of a deal for you I would hope, right?

You will have to tie a Credit/Debit Card to your Google Checkout account. I sorta wish they offered the ability to tie Paypal accounts.

Not at this time Verizon is working with Google right now to make this a reality in the "near future".
