Default How Do I get my songs back?

I went to my local verizon to pick up my Droid X and I made sure that he transferred everything. Turns out he did, but all of my songs are gone..... How do I get these back? I already downloaded one of my old songs and it charged me again. Btw I'm using the default Amazon MP3 store.

What phone did u have prior? If it was a droid just switch the micro sd cards. If it was any other smart phone (android) just connect to your computer and drag and drop and then put on the new droid x's sd card.

I sold my Droid. If Amazon's gonna make me charge, do you know of any other alternative music download sites?
