My pinch to zoom does not work? Why?

Make sure you're not on a mobile web page. The pinch-zoom doesn't work on the mobile ones.

In web sites i can zoom in....like this website for example....idk why it quit working? Double tap works but thats it.....are there settings on this?

I saw the same thing here just a few minutes ago. Soft reset (power off then on) seems to have solved the issue.
