Default Sync Outlook contacts via exchange

I am currently syncing my outlook calendar, e-mail and contacts with my droid x via exchange. Most of my existing contacts have sync'd with my droid. However, certain contacts will not sync. Not sure why; any thoughts on a fix?

get touchdown. for exchange users, it makes the experience 100x better (and it does a better job at syncing contacts). it is $20, which feels like a lot for an app, but it is SO worth it. there is a 10-day trial in the market if you're not sure you want to drop 20 smackeroonies, but i guarantee after trying it, you'll never go back.

DONT
just don't sync contacts with out look as if your like me and have several thousand customers email addresses in there you will then HATE your phone as it appears impossible to remover them from the "phone" list, even though they no longer appear in the people section.
