Default remove notes from caller id screen

Recently I've noticed that the notes from my contacts are appearing on the caller ID screen. I have a lot of business contacts with very long notes and in the end I can't see their names on the caller ID screen because the notes take up the entire screen.

I am wondering first if this is a 'feature' of the X or if maybe I installed a plugin that is causing this to happen.

I'm basically looking for a way to stop it so I can read people's names instead.

Thank you for hint!
I have had the same problem.
Uninstalled DW Contacts, and the problem dissipated.
Thank you once more.
