Default Plz help - will not turn on

ok i have the droid x and my phone battery was at %60 when i turened it off. and about 1 hour latter i came back to turn it on and when i did it froze at the Motorola screen when you first turn the phone on.."where is the M symbol and its red". i took out the battery and tried again and it did the same thing. i have the battery chaging now but it will still not turn on, idk why. i need help fast on a way to rest my phone or on how to unfreeze it because taking out the battry WILL NOT WORK

You could try booting into safe mode and see of that nets you a different result

Enable / disable Safe mode - Motorola DROID X MB810 - My Verizon Users
