Default Voice to Text Button is Gone from Keyboard

When I updated to .621, the Voice-to-Text button disappeared off my keyboard. How do I get it back?

I have the standard Multi-Touch Keyboard, input method set to Multi-touch Keyboard. In the Keyboard options screen, the 'Voice Dictation' box is checked. I have installed the 'Voice Data' app from the market for speech synthesis. Pico TTS is installed and running. Pico TTS is the only sythesis engine I have installed.

Does anyone have the .apk for the stock Android keyboard to I can re-flash it, maybe that will fix it.

Thanks

Install voice search and voice dialer (market). Reboot. Enjoy

Thanks Vincent. They were both already installed but I uninstalled and then updated them and it fixed my problem.
