Default Help with News App

I have been having a problem with my News app updating for awhile. Basically, any feeds I have saved in it will never update automatically. I've found if I add a new feed, then all feeds will update at that point, but never again, until I go back in and add a new feed.

Has anyone else had this problem?

Thanks,

EtotheD

Which news app? Are you talking about GenieWidget, the one that comes with the Droid X and has this icon:

If so, check your settings:
Menu key/Settings/Refresh settings/Auto-refresh (checked)
and set Refresh interval to what you want (I use 12 hours)

No, its just called "News", and the icon is a newspaper with a red square in the top left corner, to represent a picture on a newspaper. I'm starting to doubt that this is app came with the phone, I should probably just download another one that works better.
