I am using the Epic 4G Platinum case and Side holster (you can buy just the case or both)that best buy carries. Its an outstanding case. I had a Zagg shield installed and with the use of the case i don't think I will have any issues at all.

Yeah, I was considering just stopping by Best Buy and picking a Platinum (e.g. Seidio) case up. Only thing is, I went through a ton of cases on the EVO (first being a Seidio case) and liked the others more than the Seidio (just personal preference).
the sprint one i bought today seems like good quality ... not thin & flimsy feeling like the body glove one i had on the evo ... & folks with the notification LED blocked can u drill a hole in it at the same time keeping it looking good ?

I was thinking about trying that, but I'd rather do that if I had a dremel, which I don't have.
I think I'm gonna go check out the case that is at Sprint. Right now there isn't alot of options for cases yet until maybe a few moths from now. It looks like the best case at the moment and it's only $20. This video kinda help me decided on what case I want to buy.

Just picked one of those up and seems to be working rather nice. Went on easily. Doesn't disrupt the slide as much as the RadioShack one (it wasn't bad on the RS one, just slowed it down a little). Doesn't cover up important parts of the phone.
Had considered drilling a hole in the RS one, but decided it wasn't worth the trouble. Roughly the same price to just return it and get the Sprint one.

Well I went out and got it. It's pretty nice. There's only one thing I notice about this case. It seems the right side on the top of the case isn't very secure. I can push on it and it's moving a bit. It seems to be doing this in the middle section. The left side is on securely, I can push it all i want, it won't budge.
Since I have a $20 gift card from Best Buy, I might go buy the Seido rebrand and see how it is.
Best buy hard snap on case...could use padding on the plastic..but at least the phone wont have nicks and scratches And it comes with a swivel belt clip which the phone snaps on to.
Best thing if u don't like it, u can return it for a full refund
I think the black plastic case from sprint is great, doesn't slip out of your hand, fits perfect, and its 20 bucks, my wife went and got the bodyglove one from sprint. I really don't like it, it looks nice but its slick and I would drop the phone, plus the edges seems a little sharp on it.
