Default How to Backup Everything to do Manual Odin Upgrade to FroYo

So since the manual update to froyo is out, im dying to get on it!

Im rooted, and i removed a lot of trash from my phone, so the "update.zip" in recovery mode method is not an option for me.

So I have to flash the tar file with odin.
but doesn't that flash the stock rom and erase all my data?

i would do titanium backup, but i dont know what that will backup.

how can i backup and restore ALL my data after i flash the stock rom?

i suggest to get a big enough sd card i do an 8 gig in titanium backup u go to menu ->batch -> run backup all user apps + system data and it will back up everything i mean every thing then u flash ur phone with odin, root, and i suggest get link2sd to fit everything bk on ur phone, and in titanium go to menu-> batch -> run restore all missing apps + all system data and you should be good to go with it set up like b4 the update
i hope that helped
