Default How Long to Boot Up After Flashing Rom?

Just rooted last week, and I just flashed the Syndicate Frozen rom posted on here (used the instructions on the xda link, and watched the video, and did the install, etc while watching the video).

The vid said it would take a while to boot up. How long is a while?? My phone is stuck on the Samsung screen and has been for about 15-20 minutes.

Everything was complete. The phone just needed to reboot. Thanks.

5 - 10 minutes usually tops. I would try relashing it, sometimes takes a few tries before it "catches".

I did the same thing, rooted with the one-click CWM 3.0.0.5/6 from XDA, everything went fine, and immediately flashed Syndicate Frozen, and now my phone is rebooting over and over. I get the Samsung logo and then it dissapears, a few short phone vibration bursts and it repeats.

Any ideas what may be wrong?

I should be able to flash this rom now that I have the vision kernel, correct? Should I start from scratch or just try to flash the zip that's still on my sd card?

I would start from scratch in case something was corrupted.
