Default Superuser.....what do I do now?

Okay, so I rooted my phone and I now have the Superuser app but I have no idea how to use it. I click where it says "apps" and there is no apps in the list, I click "log" and it says no log information. I have no idea how to use it to get rid of all the crappy Sprint junk on my phone.

The SuperUser app only allows apps Root Access. It doesn't allow you to uninstall anything... But it will allow an app such as Titanium Backup the Root Access necessary to remove them, freeze, etc...

When an app needs root permission, it will ask you if you want to allow or deny root access to that app.
