It works in reverse. If I put something in my Google calender online, its syncs with the phone, but not the other way.

Is there a setting somewhere that I need to toggle?

Edit:

Figured it out. You do need to choose either My calender or your google account when setting up an event.

I just recently had the same problem. For a while it was working, then all of a sudden it wasn't. I was trying to find out what the problem was, then I came across someone with a similar problem. What they did was going under settings, then the sync options and undo all the check marks and then re-check mark them again ( I thought, ya right, as if its that easy).....it really was. It worked with the problem I was having. I guess its the samething as pulling the battery from the phone to reboot its....I guess....I dunno.
I'm just happy it worked!!
