i hit the green button with the phone and it brings up the screen..its highlighted under the "keypad" tab but there is no numbers to make an outgoing call..i can only call people that are in my contact list..anyone else have this happen?

on a side note..the screen wont auto fix either..when i hit the green phone button the screen auto goes the wrong way and it wont go back..so annoying!

Do you have your keyboard slid out by any chance? If so, then it'll go into landscape and stay there, and the keypad won't show up. The screen needs to be in portrait mode for the keypad to show up.
