Default Calendar Day View Only Shows One Calendar

I just synced my Google Calendar account to my Epic 4g. I have 7 Google calendars synced from a single account, and all the events from all calendars are listed together in the Month and List views. However, in the Week and Day view, only my "Work" Calendar shows in the time grid, and the rest show at the top of Day view in an unsorted "5 More Events" list. How can I get all the calendars to show up in the Day Time view?

Here's my current settings:
Calendars: All Calendars
Calendar Sync: Background Data, Auto-sync, my google account
Default Calendar: "Unfiled" (one of my Google calendars"
Default View: Day
Day views: Time grid
First day of week: Sunday
Hide declined events: no
Vibrate: Always
Select ringtone: (ringtone)

I did some digging. The events that show in the day view vs. the "more events" list are not because they are in a particular calender. It is because they have custom repeats (e.g. every Mon, Wed, Fri). If I try to edit the event on the phone, in the Repeat field it says "Custom - Cannot be changed on the phone".

Has anyone found a work-around for this?

I am not quite grasping the entire issue, but you could give Gemini Calendar a shot... It is leaps and bounds better than the stock calendar. The only issue I have with it is getting double notifications, because I am unable to disable the stock app ones...

The alarms sound from the stock app (very quietly). I am giving Business Calendar a try, but the free version does not give me alerts.

Basically, the problem is that the stock calendar app will not show the events that have odd repeats in the day or week view, but I know they are there in the list view, and the alarms for them work.

Gemini seems fine, but it doesn't seem to have day or week views, and the only free skin looks really bad and isn't very useful at all. Are there better ones if I pay $4 for Gemini?

I couldn't tell you about the Paid Version, since I am still using the free version. Also, on the top is a daily preview for the highlighted day (which I am sure you figured out), so really no need for the daily. But there is no weekly view...

Haha, this is really messy I'm using the stock calendar app for syncing, Business Calendar for editing and viewing, and Gemini for alerts! Lol, if I find a way of disabling the stock alerts, I'll post it here.
