OK.. I may have become ******ed during my last tour in Iraq. But, when I had my Samsung Moment. Rooting seemed easy.. I can't seem to find the actual place to start.. Your videos go so fast and I can't seem to find the thread or forum that actually says.. These are the things you need to download and this is the initial root piece that gets you started..

OK, Temporary lapse in common sense.. Rooted and installed wifi tether beta 11.. However, seems I'm not the only 1 having a problem with wifi tether on root EL29

Will those methods work on a S2 from Alltel? The build is GINGERBREAD.XARFF24. Thanks for any and all help.

QB;
Thank you for the work you have done for the Galaxy S2.

I have reviewed (and followed) a lot of your videos.
They are very easy, direct and useful.

Thanks again.

All I can say is thanks. This is the most complete, straightforward and organized information I have found in regard to rooting a phone. I had seen so much different and conflicting information I was very nervous about messing with my phone to improve its' performance. After following along with your videos, it was a breeze. I'm not sure if the battery life will improve, but time will tell.

From this thread, I've moved along to your website/Youtube videos. I think the best part of your videos are the ROM reviews. I have never seen anyone with any info on what the ROMS actually contained and how they performed. This also made it much easier for me to decide which I wanted to try out. I'm currently running Blazer on FI27. Is Blazer still the best in your opinion?

Thanks again
Joe
