Default Rooted epic4g touch prompting ICS update?

So I finally got my GN2, so I did a factory reset on my epic touch 4g and activated it on another line on my account. It's still rooted. I still have super user and it has the Caulkin Rom listed, but it's asking to do the ICS update. Never did that before... How do I stop it? Why is it doing this? I'm assuming if we do the ICS update it will un root it right?

Please help...

Just tried that and it didn't work... Maybe I should try reflashing the ROM?
