You did a full wipe going from rom to rom?
does it do anything when you hold home? How long do you hold home for?

Actually home to recent apps is for TW and aosp.
There isn't a such thing as restoring TouchWiz via titanium. It's if you flash a TouchWiz or AOSP rom
