wireless tethering

I'm running kaosfroyo v32 and i'm trying to figure out how to do wireless tethering. I see an option built in for tethering via usb but how would I go about getting the wireless version?

Do you have to be running a custom rom for this to work Ijust have the rootme zip so far.

I don't think you need a custom ROM, just as long as your rooted.

I rooted my Eris and installed Wireless Tether yesterday. I did not install a new ROM. Wireless Tether works fine on the standard ROM.
