Anyways, that could really be any rom. It's really difficult to tell, because it's been customized quite a bit. Looks like they're using LauncherPro with custom icons and dock bar. The widgets at the top are stuff form the Market, forget the names of all of them though. Then the status icons were probably a metamorph or he did it himself, as I don't think any rom out now uses those particular icons that I'm aware of.

Looks like he's also using the crack screen mod.
