crackface

Hi - I have a rooted Eris, and know that before I had the ability to wireless tether either via an app included in the ROM, or I could download it in the market. Is this no longer possible? I tried an app I downloaded from the web called Wifi Tether, but it doesn't work...just shows a yellow (not green) wifi symbol.

Make sure that it's granted permission in super user.
