Phone Candy Esteem v1.5

Came a across a theme in a Galaxy SII forum and the themer dully79 did a freakin incredible job. All credit goes to dully79. If you like the theme donate to him. Every icon he made. Even down to the GO Launcher theme. All I did was bring as much over as I could.

I really encourage everyone to donate to him. He put major work into Phone Candy. You can donate to him by clicking HERE

So.....whats themed (I tried to not over kill any apk also get GO Launcher

Blacked out status bar
Changed font to white in notification drop down
Changed sound/wifi/bluetooth/gps/airplane mode background bar in notification drop down
Touched up the music player
Made power control widget, application manager widget, and music widget backgrounds transparent
Themed application manager apk
Themed the dialer
Touched up mms
Touched up browser
Fixed and changed recovery and reboot icons in power menu
And anything else I cant remember at the moment

so far not working, just bootloops, I did a hard reset after installing and still bootloops, will try it again

Works on my stock zvb rom thats rooted and has clock work mod installed as well. very nize eye candy animated boot up

ok tried it 3 times, wiped everything all 3 times, and hard reset, all it does is bootloop, so looks like this wont work for zvd as right now

this runs reallllyyyy slow on ZVD not very responsive and gallery stays at black screen

I had it on zvd and it ran great, did you do a full wipe before installing it?

i wiped cache and did a factory reset/wipe. only thing i couldnt find was the dalvik wipe. its running smooth now but the gallery still doesnt work

dalvik is in advanced.

Try wiping the data out of the apk

i wiped the data for it and still a black screen when i open gallery

Huh...try this. go into your system>app folder copy the gallery apk and paste it to your sd. Then delete theone in system>app and reboot then put the one you copied in there and just reboot. And see if it works. If not I'll just try to find you the gallery thats stock for D.

theres 2 gallery3d in system app folder, one has the gallery picture and the other one is just a white label. the gallery3d with the image is 629.53k size and the one w/o an image is 578.30k . just copy the one with the gallery image and delete the other one?

edit: when i try to touch the gallery w/o an image it says "file type odex not found"

You should only have Gallery.apk with a blue image. Delete the other one and reboot.

have you tried restoring to yoru backup and then flashing the theme?

toke_ is right the gallery is just a black screen. I didn't notice that before, sorry for my fail on testing it.

Good deal. I forgot you were stock. The themed apks are deodex'd and you being stock means you have the odex. But I think the gallery will be the only one with an issue.

Hello mate, just dropped by to say nice job on the port.
Keep an eye on the xda thread as I'm feeling an update coming, I'm thinking off removing the silver border from the buttons and a but more in depth theming into some apps.
