I just grabbed this; lambgx02 said that ROM makers could integrate this into their ROMs. I'm testing it out and, if it's nice, I'll get with ldrifta about it.

There is a free version here that devs could use in their roms. It is from the guy who created the app and he offers it for free on the xda site.
