I flashed this rom:
csmg.lgmobile.com:9002/swdata/WEBSW/LGKH5200/AKTFBQ/V10r_00/V10R_00.kdz
I changed some files of my system,installed busybox,now I can't boot.I tried to enter fastboot,but failed,maybe LG closed the fastboot keys.But I still can enter emergency mode,how can I reflash my phone with system.img again?

The commands I tried were:
su
busybox df -h
busybox cp -a /data/app /system/sd/
busybox cp -a /data/dalvik-cache /system/sd/ (optional)
busybox cp -a /data/data /system/sd/ (optional)
1. connect your phone in emergency mode to the windows pc.
2. check the device manage, to see if there any lg hardware there, don't run the lg update tool now, and you should previously install the lg driver first
3. if you see the 3 lg hardwares, disable the modem one, i found this one make the connection dosen't work when run the lg update tool in emergency mode.
4. just run the lg update tool, it will detect you phone and update itself, even it stop at 4%, if you get luck, you can wait it finish or disconnect the phone, your fastboot should be back.

After disable the LG MOBILE MODEM,I tried the utility to manually update,then my phone is recovered!

This key combination is rather new to me,deserves a try.Before doing this ,the phone should power off or power on?

i got my phone back from dead stage to life..i registered here just to say thanks to u mr.tony...unlimited times thanks....
big THANK YOU for modem hint. I've exhausted all options to restore dead gd880 after update process via official program. Did work for me right after i disabled lg modem and rebooted. Official program did not recognize dead phone, so i did KDZ_FW_UPD via emergency mode and manually downloaded firmware.
PS: i registered here only to say it.
PPS: lg mini upgrade failed, lg mini stuck at boot logo, lg mini firmware upgrade fail fix - just shorten a bit path for googlers like me.

well tony, i am trying to finish updating my LG gt540 and its not just happening for me, it says that there was a fatal error within the update prgramme when i try to proceed with the update

if u had got ur mobile stucked then install this one
at first your are suppose to install lg drivers of lg p350
Then download the below one http://www.unclenet.de/files/KDZ_FW_UPD_EN.7z
and next unzip and open the file
1. Install MSXML 4.0 SP3 Parser (msxml.msi)
2. Run KDZ_FW_UPD.exe
and then now download 404 - Not Found
this is lg version in english

this is new verion but it is russia only few options in russia
after the download run the kdz file and select as smart phone and browse the file where the downloaded kdz is stored
i think u r stucked at emergency mode connect in the same mod to your pc
and now click launch software
it takes few minutes
and now your mobile is ready to use. if your mobile not get update try it once it will be sure cured.
