You may have deleted the widgets off the desktop or you may have uninstalled those apps.
Go to applications (the bottom right button fixed in the LG theme) and see if they're there. If so, keep pressing the desired icon until "add to homepage" or something show (my phone's portuguese so these might not be the exact words in english).
If you uninstalled the apps (go to setting/ applications/ manage applications and check if you find them there) I believe you can download them back from the market... It will be a problem if you can't access the market. You probably can download the apps from the browser and into the SD card (maybe from the PC) but you'll need an app like "apps installer" installed in order to install apps from SD.
