Plenty of deals for two batterys and plug in battery only chargers on ebay but what I need is a charger that i can stow away in my glove box that keeps a extra battery charged using my trucks power. Any one see something like this?

Buy the one on ebay and use a dc to ac adapter in the truck.

You have to charge it at home because the ebay chargers are too slow (.350a). I just cycle the two ebay battery. One in the car if I need it and one in the charger at home.
If you just want to top off then you will have to get a power inverter. But even that is not a good solution as I have said the charger is just too slow. A better solution is to buy a fast car charger (1 amp or more) to top off the weaker battery.
