Default Battery that gives more juice and uses stock case.

I have found many threads about the 3500 and some of the other batteries that require a new cover but i have a Trident Cyclops case i plan to keep.I want a battery alternative for the stock battery case. Are there any batteries that will give me a decent bump up in capacity ?

This will give you a ~17% bump, from 1500mAh to 1750mAh.

from what i have read you cannot go much higher if at all than 2000 mah. just be sure that the battery actually puts out the voltage it is supposed to put out. i think the 1750 mhz is shown on the site below. generally alot of batteries have lower than stated mah, but some are definitely worse than others, even underperforming the oem battery it was meant to replace.

BatteryBoss doesn't test the 1750 Seidio for the EVO. Do you know if it's the same battery as the 1750 Seidio for the TP2? The results for that battery are disappointing (1383mAh actual)

Yep several phones use the same speaker as the evo. Do a web search for HTC evo replacement speaker . I replaced mine a few weeks ago it was super easy no soldering at all just six screws then just pop it out !

seidioonline.com

For me, the 1500mAh OEM battery performed better than the Seidio 1750. The Seidio battery was not only expensive, but a piece of crap. Not worth the mention.

Thumbs up

If you don't want to deal with an auction, I believe this guy also runs an online store:

Batteries - HTCEXPRESS

I bought one his batteries based on some reviews from people on SDX and here and so far, I'm really pleased with the battery's performance AND more importantly, the price!
