HaHa! Yeah, I'm more worried about cracking the screen. Could you drop the EVO on some bricks for me?

Seriously, thanks for the vid. This is same sorta set up I was going for. Now I just need my EVO.

Haven't watched the video yet (at work), so I'm not sure if this is answered. Can you measure the thickness of the phone with case? Curious how much larger it is compared to the naked phone size of 13mm and the Pre's 17mm thickness.

weird question:

do the cutouts feel sharp to the touch? I had a seido case for my Hero and although the thickness was perfect, I just couldn't stand the sharp areas around the Volume Rocker and Charging Port, it made holding the phone kind of uncomfortable. Also, is it possible for you to take pictures to showcase the size of the Evo before and after? awesome southern accent!

Less than 1mm to the front and 1.5mm to the back.

The only sharpness or corners that I feel is near the power button. In hand, it feels great. I will try to post some pics this evening.

how does this slide into, say jean pockets... not like girly tight jean pockets, just some normal boot cut jeans... does it grip on it's way in, making it hard to put in and take out without flipping your pocket inside out?

i realize this prob sounds weird but this is why i never used my case on my instinct

Can you tell us if the Seidio case blocks the front facing camera, and or the proximity sensor?

Nope. BB carries RocketFish (their own brand). You do not want Rocket Fish.

I really want to get an Innocase but I think I will wait to see if Sprint is actually carrying the Body Glove case they are threatening to.

In case you missed it : HTC EVO 4G accessories detailed ahead of launch -- Engadget

Cheaper too and I can always get the Innocase later.

I had the same setup for my iPhone 3G, along with the Holster. A great combo, very light. I doubt very highly that it would be great protection, but it does add some decent protection for the phone.

The case is very slick and slides in and out easy. It does not have that sticky feeling that some cases have.

Yes! it raises it off of surfaces when it is laid out prone. That was one of my biggest concerns.

Do not automatically rule Best Buy out, they had some cases in today that are very similar to this case, I think it was Platinum brand, but I did not get a great look @ them, but they had the same "style" & feel as the seidio holster I've handled in the past...

Upgraded shipping? As in FedEx instead of USPS? I picked the 2nd cheapest options which was FedEx.

Yes the fedex shipping works. Seidio responded to people who ask for early shipping before 6/4 by saying would ship 6/1/10 . Great company and quality product.

I see Seidio has two screen protectors. Crystal Clear and Anti-Glare. Which one do you have? (Im assuming crystal clear) I am only familiar with Zagg so how does this one install? Is it sticky on one side or one of those static ones? Do you think it will leave a residue once removed? Thanks

just ordered 1 black case for $40 includes tax and shipping...i hope this is the only case ill ever need for this phone and i hope this will be the nicest case ive ever owned...40! i justified it by saying if i buy insurance at 7-10 monthly thats a lot more than just buying a case and being a little extra cautious...please case be smooth, tight fit, thin, and flush

Anyone got a coupon code for Seidio? I just cant drop $40 plus shipping right now, a week before I buy this phone. I know they have a coupon for 10% off $50 but I'm not to $50 yet. Thanks!!
