Has anyone ordered any accessories via Amzer.com for their EVO?

I placed an order for a case and cables since 5/21/2010 and to this day, I haven't received my order. My order status on their website keeps showing "out of stock".
I have called on many occasions, but cannot find anyone to come to the phone. I sent emails, but no response !!!

Right now I just dont know what to do. anyone has any suggestions?

I hope someone answers your questions soon! Lousy customer service is the worst. Now I'm tempted not to give them my business.

i ordered the hdmi cable from them a few weeks ago and haven't received anything.i called them and they told me that the cables have been out of stock but are expected back in stock on june 10th.yesterday i received an e-mail with an invoice # and confirmation that the cables have been shipped.

okay, went back to the website and looked up my order and it states in transit..

Now if memory serves me correctly, last night when I was ordering a totally different item (from the ones I did) it did state that the item is due to be shipped out on the 17 of this month. Could it be that you ordered it back then and it had future date.
