Default Is there a way to do a wireless hotspot without root with EVO 2.2?

Reason being, I'm still a bit freaked out over the possibility of bricking my phone. Is there a way to set up a wireless hotspot without rooting my phone? I'm on the new Android 2.2 release for the EVO.

Thanks.

- Matt

Have confidence in yourself, it's hard to brick these phones unless you really are trying to brick it. Once your rooted you gain +1 experience point(s) and then you dig deeper and deeper and before your know it you'll be doing adb commands in no time.

But if your not sure, then just pay the $30, it's an expensive device so make a decisive choice.
