Default 1 click root for EVO

Hello. I'm new to this forum and I was wondering if there is a 1 click root app for EVO. I ran into an unrEvOked app earlier, installed it and it gave me this weird arggh message BUT it said was installing files. Does anyone know about this app. I'm afraid if I do a full root and my phone messes up and i can't get a new one. Any suggestions?

Unrevoked isn't working for 2.02 and 2.12 hboot's yet. they're supposed to have it out before the end of the year though hopefully. Do you at least know what your hboot or firmware is?

This is about the only other Option you have as far as ROOTing goes. It's a Manual method, so you'll need pay attention to what you read.

[ROOT][GUIDE] HBoot 2.02/2.10 SOFF - The Savior Edition - Upd. 12.26.10 - xda-developers

EarlyMon mostly summed it up for a few people.

ROOTING For Dummies

I know nothing about this method, so your on your own. But read the XDA thread and any hiccups will more than likely be addressed there.
