Default couple of questions on partitioning sd card

i just followed THESE directions and am wondering when i go into the "mount" menu, (i'm using amonRA), do i just mount the sd card? not the sd-ext also? what should be "mounted" at this point? and also, i am already running Kingdom B1.3, do i need to wipe, re-install in order for this partitioning to work correctly? after doing this partitioning process and only this, my available space is 203mb... am i in the ballpark or way out in left field?
guess that's all my questions for now... TIA
just realized that it was a few more than "a couple"....

the mounting in amon ra is to transfer the content of your sd card that was previously backed up on your computer via usb. to ensure that everything is in the right spot i would re-flash it. it is probably not necessary, but that us what i did. and i now have 233 mb of free memory.
